In conjunction with our funding partners we are looking for investment opportunities that possess strong property fundamentals but are under performing their potential. Our objective is to reposition assets through intelligent asset management and risk controlled development. As such our investment requirements are not prescriptive but as a guide our current target acquisition criteria for our newest fund, The Cordatus Property Trust, is as follows.

Cordatus Property Trust – Requirements

  • UK wide
  • Strong micro locations
  • Lot sizes £5m to £15m
  • Multi-let
  • Income producing with an above average income yield
  • Target Initial Yield: 6.5%plus
  • Asset management potential
  • £150m initial fund target size

In addition to the above we also have a specific requirement to acquire London offices on behalf of a Family Office client.

  • Strong central London locations
  • Freehold preference
  • Income producing
