Acting on behalf of GE Real Estate, Cordatus have secured a 8,500 sq ft letting at Radius House, Clarendon Road, Watford. This floor had recently been refurbished and a number of wider building improvements have also been made to improve air handling, lighting, environmental efficiency and running costs. These works utilised the GE Habiteq system. The new tenant is Vinci Construction one of Europe’s largest contractors. The building has one further, new refurbished floor available extending to 9,500 sqft.
