Cordatus and Kirkstone Have Merged

Real estate asset management specialists, Cordatus Partners and Kirkstone Real Estate are delighted to announce that they have merged to form Cordatus Real Estate.

The combined company will have over £400m of assets under management and will operate out of offices in Edinburgh, Stratford Upon Avon and London.

Both companies have been established for over 5 years and this merger brings together a wealth of experience across the asset and development management spectrum which will significantly enhance the service provided to existing clients as well as help the future growth of the business.

Both Cordatus and Kirkstone share the same ethos, namely that combining teamwork, a hands on approach and an exceptional breadth and depth of experience will bring significant benefits. We firmly believe the new combined business is greater than the sum of the parts.

Clients and partners of the business include GE Real Estate, PwC, JP Morgan and Ignis Asset Management.

The merger takes place with immediate effect. Should you have any queries while we consolidate our offices, please contact your usual Cordatus or Kirkstone contact or call Tom Laidlaw directly on 0131 240 1471 / tlaidlaw@cordatus-re.co.uk.
