HBOS Banking on Walton Vale, Liverpool
Acting on behalf of GE Real Estate, Cordatus Partners and Mason Owen have successfully concluded a new lease to HBOS at Walton Vale, Liverpool. HBOS have taken a new unit on a new 10 year lease, following the surrender of the previous tenant, at a rent reflecting £26psf Zone A, improving the rental tone for the parade and 8% above ERV.
