Artillery House is a self-contained office extending to 16,658 sq ft in the centre of Droitwich. The property is fully let to the Crown Prosecution Service with an unexpired term of 6 years. Having established there was no opportunity in the short term to extend the existing lease, Cordatus have sold the asset at a price of close to £1.5m, more than 10% ahead of the Business Plan target.
