Cordatus Secure New Long Term Lease with Maplin
Neil Tweedie, Asset Manager at Cordatus has confirmed a new long term letting of a c5,600 sq ft retail warehouse – Alban Retail Park, Boston to rapidly expanding electronic specialists, Maplin Electronics Ltd.
Neil has secured a 10 year lease term, £73,000 per annum, almost 10% above the December ERV.
The unit was previously let to Comet who entered administration at 2 November 2012
