Cordatus Real Estate in conjunction with Eric Young & Co have acted successfully on behalf of GE Capital Real Estate to conclude the sale of 79/83 High Street, Dunfermline.
The 15,266 Sqft property, prominently located on Dunfermline’s High Street, has been extensively refurbished under the management of cordatus and subsequently let to JD Wetherspoon on a 30 year lease.
