Huddersfield Retail Park has been sold on behalf of a workout client to Helical Bar for a price of £17.m.
This park is an open A1, 6 unit scheme extending to c96,000 sqft. Cordatus managed this asset from May 2010 and successfully leased 13,500 sqft to 2 good quality retailers, undertook a significant upgrade and re-configuration of the car park to create more spaces and agreed a new 15 year lease to the anchor tenant, Matalan.
The asset was sold on completion of the agreed business plan.
