Telford Take Two!
Hot on the heels of the sale of a 50,000sq.ft industrial unit in Telford, with the benefit of vacant possession, Cordatus Real Estate concluded the sale of a further industrial property in the town on behalf of clients, at a price that was 11.6% above book value.
The subject property is let to Invotec Circuits (Tamworth) Ltd on a lease expiring 2020 and the purchaser was a local property company. Cordatus had recently completed a re-gear of the lease with Invotec prior to the sale.
Cordatus acted jointly with North Rae Sanders on disposal.
