Grantham Retail Park – A New Era
On behalf of GE Real Estate, Cordatus has completed the signing of agreements for lease with DFS and the Range at Grantham Retail Park.
Works will commence in mid February to refurbish, reconfigure and extend Units B, C and D at the park, to provide a 14,800sqft unit for DFS and a 25,400sqft unit for the Range. The Range will also be installing a 17,500sqft mezzanine in their unit.
Wickes occupy the remaining unit on the park.
The £2m construction project is estimated to finish in November 2015 at which time the park will be fully let.
