Dental Group Fills Bolton H.Q
Dental service provider Integrated Dental Holdings has agreed to occupy a 18,000 sq ft headquarters office building in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
IDH will relocate from Bolton’s Sunset Business Park into a Europa House at Europa Park. They will pay a rent of £17.50 per sq ft on a lease expiring in December 2022.
The transaction was negotiated by Cordatus Partners and Lamb & Swift on behalf of the landlord and the property will be refurbished by IDH.
Rupert Barron, director at Colliers International Manchester, which acted for IDH, said: “This is one of the largest office deals in the Bolton area so far this year and we were obviously delighted to facilitate the move for IDH and secure a new home for this increasingly successful business.”
